2.2 Registration

After the software is successfully deployed on the server, our technical support team will create an administrator account for you. The administrator will then be able to login and provide software access to all users in the administration area of Xcalscan. This section is used only by the administrator to help them perform basic software setting tasks and user configuration to ensure all regular users can quickly start to use the software.

Xcalscan does not allow users to register their own accounts by themselves. All accounts are created and configured by the administrator. The administrator account is created by Xcalibyte technicians when deploying the system and is provided to the customer to ensure maximum security.

After the administrator logs in to the system, the user IDs can be created and managed in the user management section. For example, the administrator can add, edit, delete and search for user information.

This section is used only by the administrator to help them perform basic software setting tasks and user configuration to ensure all normal users can quickly start to use the software.
